YOG: Badminton

Unlike the media, my role as a volunteer was to take portraits of the different athletes and not the 'exciting moment' in the match. We are part of this Photoscape Project where all the Young Photographers (the status given to us)are to take portraits of the athletes, which will be printed out and pasted on 3 walls at Youth Olympic Park.

First day of duty, and I went to SP to shoot badminton players. As of that day, I was known as Number 83 (083).

One thing good about being a Young photographer and not part of the media is that we get to interact with the athletes. That's the coolest part and I LOVE IT!=)

Friendships were made.
